Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

The Bimlu app and the bimlu.com website are developed and maintained by NexLab (“we”). For any privacy questions, write to in@nexlab.systems.

2. What data the app collects

None. Bimlu doesn’t ask for a name, age, email or phone number, doesn’t create accounts, doesn’t detect location, and doesn’t use advertising or any other device identifiers.

3. What is stored on the device

So your child doesn’t have to start over, the app saves the following in its own folder on the device:

• the chosen language and hero (boy or girl);
• whether background music is on;
• which voice hints are no longer needed;
• builds, drawings and game progress.

This data is never sent anywhere, we can’t access it, and it’s deleted along with the app.

4. Internet and permissions

The app doesn’t request network access and never goes online. It doesn’t ask for access to the camera, microphone, contacts, photos or location. The tilt sensor is used only in the “Ball maze” game, only while playing, and nothing is saved.

5. Third-party services

The app contains no third-party SDKs: no analytics, ad networks, social buttons or tracking systems. No data is shared with third parties.

6. Children

Bimlu is made for children ages 3–8. Because the app collects no personal data, it complies with COPPA (US), GDPR and GDPR-K (EU), and Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”, as well as the requirements of the Google Play Families program and the App Store Kids category.

7. This website

The bimlu.com website uses no cookies, counters, social media pixels or third-party scripts; fonts and images load only from our own domain. Like any web server, ours keeps a technical request log (IP address, time, requested page, browser). The log is used only to run and protect the site, is kept for a limited time and is never shared. The website remembers your chosen language in your browser; it isn’t sent to the server.

8. If you write to us

When you contact support, we receive your email address and your message. We use them only to reply and never share them with third parties. If you’d like us to delete our correspondence, just ask.

9. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, the new version will appear on this page with a new date. If the app ever starts processing any data, we will update the policy in advance and, where required by law, ask for parental consent.
